How to set a limit
- Log in and open the profile settings.
- Choose Budget Limits and enter the amount you are prepared to deposit over the period.
- Choose Session Limits and enter the time after which the account should log out.
- Save; the limits apply immediately.
Self-exclusion
If budget and session limits are not enough to keep your time and money under control, request self-exclusion. We block the account for an extended period so that you can regain focus. The request goes through the profile or through Live Chat, which runs 24/7.
Age and eligibility
- We accept players aged 18 and over only; underage gambling is illegal.
- Registration requires ticking the 18+ box and accepting the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Age and identity are confirmed with a passport or national ID card at the first withdrawal.
- Players must live in a country where online gambling is allowed by law.
